Wedding Party Favors
Posted on | August 28, 2009 |

When talking about wedding party favors you can mean one of two things. Gifts for the people in your bridal party or wedding favors for your guests. Since one of my next posts will concentrate on cheap wedding favors for your guests, lets address your wedding party. What gifts to get for your wedding party has always been an area of great concern. You want to pick something special to show how you feel and that you appreciate everything they have done (and are doing) for you.To be honest there are so many ways to go. A big factor in what you pick will depend on your age and where you are at in your life. If you are younger and have a party crowd, you can get gifts that reflect that lifestyle. If you are past that point in your life (or never went there) you might want to go a little more formal.
You should also decide who you want to get a gift for. This is another one of those great opportunities for you to do something special for the people you love. Bridesmaids and groomsmen gifts are traditionally given out at the rehearsal dinner, where many other family members will be as well. You may want to take this time to present something special to the parents or the in-laws that are not directly involved as part of the wedding party.
Let’s start with your bridesmaids. I am a big fan of supplying your bridal party with some type of jewelry. With the styles and fashions that are out there now, less is more so you don’t need to go crazy. Try to get something they can wear over and over again. Something special that has meaning, but doesn’t sit in a draw never to be used again.
The Knot Wedding Shop has the best selection of wedding favors, as well as bridesmaids and groomsmen gifts. Make them unique for your wedding with free personalization.
