Whether you are well into the planning stages or newly engaged you are most likely quite excited to share what you are going through with your friends and family.  In this day an age it is an easy thing to do.  While you might not want to share all your secrets, you can keep loved ones far away in the loop so they feel included.

You can start by signing up for a free blog.  You can do this at either wordpress.com or blogger.com.  They are the easiest way to go.  Especially if you have never done a blog before.  You don’t want to go crazy and spend extra time or money, you are just looking for a fun and easy way to share your experiences.

Blogger is the most user friendly way to start blogging.  You sign up here and create your blog address and password and fill out your profile.  The great thing about it is you only have to reveal as much or as little as you like about yourself.  Try doing it when you have an hour or so to spend just checking out your options and how everything works.

While blogger is the easiest, I prefer Wordpress.  I started out with blogger and loved it, but it was a little difficult when I made the switch to a dot com and had to move to WordPress.  That my bias my opinion a little so don’t be afraid that by picking blogger you are making the wrong choice, it is a great way to go.  You can sign up  for WordPress here.  WordPress has more options and it may take you a little longer to figure everything out, but it has the same principles as blogger - an easy way to create an online journal of your thoughts, feelings and ideas.

Always keep in mind that a wedding blog (or any other blog for that matter) should be kept for fun or a stress reliever.  If it becomes overwhelming or too much for you to keep up with just stop doing it.  There is no need to add any stress to your live at this point.
